SAA965 & DXX400 parts in ELV PS KIT

Hi,

I have a PCB, and a KIT for the ELV Power Supply (0-30V, 0-10A), but I can't find any usefull information abaut the last 2 missing parts. The one is the temp sensor (SAA965) and a diode with part number: DX400. What can I use instead?

saa965 datasheet

Take a look at this site :

They are 3 pdf files that uou can download and in the third they give a replacement for for the DX400 : BAS 33
I give the datasheet for BAS33.

For the SAA965 i have found this topic :

The purpose is to replace by a KTY81-121.

I'm very interesting by this psu and if you have an english version, the best is in french, send to me please !

Hallo, thanks for inf. I am afraid, this construction sources be only in German language. You'll must this instruction translate. I have download only German version. Very thank you
