S-parameters for bfy-405 transistor

I am planning for a nonlinear model of BJT ( BFY-405), can any body send me s-parameter file of this transistor in the following regions:

1. Linear region.

2. Pinch off region.

3. Saturation region.

Well I am afraid some one has got that, anyhow it would be good if you asks the vendor yourself for the S parameter file

You don't get separate nonlinear models for different working regions of the transistor.
One nonlinear model will cover all of them, depending how you set/bias the mode of the transistor in the circuit.
