If you have RTL of DW IP you can use it with Cadence RTL Compiler.. But I dont think DW foundation components(no RTL) can be used in RTL Compiler..

RTL compiler has its own "designware" library. As I remember it call "componentware", CW. It is the same as designware, such as adder and multiplier. You can use it in your verilog with instanting the component, just like the usage of designware.

Yes. Rtl compiler can use Design Ware of syn0psys, and it's have own Chip Ware.
