rs232 on spartan3e fpga

hi friends,

i want to display characters or outputs via rs232 on PC using hyper terminal (on SPARATN 3E FPGA).
how i am going to set the baud rate and parity? or is there any default value to which it automatically sets once i connect via rs232 cable?
plzz help.. thanks in advance!!

You have to setup UART and configure baud rate, parity etc...go through readme file to learn more.
