I've read some datasheets but I have some questions if you don't mind. For example, this Micron Nand Flash memory. If we take 2Gb one, they say: Page size: x8: 2,112 bytes (2,048 + 64 bytes) x16: 1,056 words (1,024 + 32 words) • Block size: 64 pages (128K + 4K bytes) • Device size: 2Gb: 2,048 blocks; 4Gb: 4,096 blocks; 8Gb: 8,192 blocks Do I understand this right that 2Gb is 256 Mb (megabyte)? 2048 bytes * 64 pages * 2048 blocks = 268435456 bytes = 256 Mb. Another question - I don't understand their clock requirements. Will it work at 4MHz? 1 Mhz? I appreciate some answers.

MCU provides a clock (1 - 4 MHz). --- Updated Sep 3, 2021 --- Found this one - Micron MT29F1G01ABBFDWB 1Gb. It is SPI. But I wonder if it works with 1 or 4 MHz clock.
