t-matrix s-matrix conversion

Hi All,

I got a big [Y] matrix in hand, say the dimension is 104*104 ports. Now I only want to calculate the 3-port matrix, the information of analysis is

port_in = [101,102,103]
port_out = [0,0,104]
z0 = [50,50,100]

the special point here is 'port_out(3)=104', I don't know how to handle this non-grounded output port. in other words, how to extract the 3-port matrix from original 104-port matrix when there are some non-grounded output ports? can anybody just give me some help or just hint, please... :D?

thank you very much in advance.

best regards,
tenderne

is the question too easy or too difficult? please, anybody help... :|

Hi ksugahar,

thank you very much for your reply.

but I don't understand, do you mean that Matlab can handling converting [Y] to with non-grounded output port? would you please provide more details? thanks a lot.

best regards,
