Rolling mill for metal

Rolling mill is a useful device for all kinds of housework that require such processing of metal. The construction was inspired by project described at: LINK.

Those two projects can be combined. Result is shown in the pictures:




Rolls were derived to the outside to facilitate milling „circles” and „springs”. Upper roll can be removed (it would be easier if you apply the thumb screws).

Elements used:
  • rolls
  • 10mm plate
  • six bearing fittings
  • screws
  • electrodes

Limiters applied to the roll are cut from the pressure tube and prevent from sliding out the tube.
