Robot Motor selection help

Hi
I am building a robot but have problem to choosing it's motor.
my robot's weight is about 10kg with 30kg load of cable .
in first step I test DC motors (with gearbox)but when the robot go about 40 m the Friction of cable with earth don't give permission to move .
speed of movement : 3m per minutes

with this comments, can you help me, I don't know what torque or Nm is needed for pulling the unit and load of wire?

Hi rezaf! i am in the same problem, you are facing. My robot weighs about 12 kg with 2 kg loaded. I want my robot to run like a car... i am going to try different motors like DC,GGM,PITMAN motors so on. But i have heard that planetary motors are best but are expensive as well.
