Hi,

Yes you can. follow the predefined command of TV remote and then define the commands that you need to control your robot

As a example if you pressed TV Command 01 (01 key of your remote) then you can activate robot motor to move forward

you need to build the IR receiver module to encode the pressed TV command by you
