Dear all,

I wrote a script in Hspice to simulate an IO buffer which includes an IBIS file in my design. I am about to measure the Rise time and Fall time of the output of IO Buffer. Inside the IBIS file there are two parameters entitled "Vinl" and "Vinh". I'm wondering to know is it necessary to mention these parameters while measuring the rise/fall time of the output?? I mean, is the following command correct??

.measure tran rise TRIG V(out) VAL = 'Vinl" RISE =1
+ .measure tran rise TARG V(out) VAL = 'Vinh" RISE =1

Thanks and Regards,
