HI ,
i am doing my final year project on VCO BASED AC Using 0.18um CMOS process . The simulation tool is Psp!ce. Right now i am designing RING VCO .
Can anyone help me to design ring vco ......
How many stages of delay cell should be used for Mhz range ?
and also i am not cleared about the circuit .... now i had designed single stage .. but i don't know how to check it ... if suppose any one had the correct circuit can you send me to my mail-id ... i'll give my mail-id at the time of your reply ...
