I am planning to buy a Rigol 1102E scope from China. I plan to use basically for hobby experiments and I seek your comments and suggestions on the quality and performance of this instrument. This is going to be private purchase and cost is an important parameter for me. Please give your frank opinions on this instrument as a general purpose, non-demanding use. Thanks in advance.
