CAn anyone help me suggesting a tool kit that i could use to prepare a system to record attendance.

The system will have the following :

1.RFID smart tags.
2.the RFID reader, but it will have a range of 2 meters radius or it can also be a stand and works only in 1 direction(thus anyone passing the reader is recorded as present)
3.the rfid reader can be integrated to a microcontroller that records the smart tag username and at the end of the session it should give the details of when the user entered and left etc.

Thank you in advance

Hi, for the control distance you can use UHF products, but due to UHF's feature (not good at penetrating substance), people should swip the card consciously.
someone use uhf for attendance people wear card like a badge.
More details of products **broken link removed**
For LF and HF the distance are limited around 50cm.
