RF TX/RX

Hi

Please specify pairs of TX/RX ICs that I can send data with them at 2.4GHZ .

range be from 100m to 1000meter.

regards

All DECT and Bluetooth transceiver can do so! For Bluetooth, it may necessary to add external power amp to increase the range.

Infineon, NS, Philips is the major player....

You can search the IC about 802.11b
