Hi everyone,

I'm locking for a table or anything else where I can find typical values for Noise Figure (or noise factor) of LNAs, Mixers, VGA and ADCs depending on the operation frequency.

I have to design a RF transceiver, I got the specs like Modulation, channel bandwidth, data rate, sensitivity, max input signal and of course which kind of Rx and Tx. But there are no informations/details about the above mentoned parts. So I think I should use, maybe just for the start, typical values.

thx

You better browse the vendor websites - Analog Devices, Linear Technologies, RF Microdevices, Texas Instruments etc. The have parameters search and comparison tables.

Thx,

I will do that!!!
