Rf receiver to be used in a satellite at 144MHz[VHF range]

Dear sir,
Can somebody please inform me if there is a receiver at 144 MHz that can be used in the nano satellite with power consumption less than 300mW and weight not exceding 200gm..If someone can get me any relevant information kindly let me know.
 

144-146 Mhz is licensed band for hamradio Operators in India. If some other transmission from a radio operator may Jam the said receiving frequency, how can you receive any signals? Hope you have a license to use the band!!!Cheers
