Hello

Do you know ICs or modules that is RF POWER AMP at 2W for 1575MHZ and 10W for 150MHZ?

(50ohm match)

Try Mitsubishi / Toshiba
The M57783 will give 7W at 150MHz There are others up to 50W or so so a 10W device should be easy enough to find.
They do modules that deliver about 20W at 1300MHz, not sure about high frequencies though.
Motorola used to make similar modules for up to 470MHz.

what about input/output impedance of M57783 or similar ?Do you have circuit shematic details of this modules with 50 ohm in/out?

u can try MaCom amplifiers they have 50 ohm terminations
