Dear Sir,
I am simulating phase shifters in schemetic of 6 bits i.e. making of 5.625, 11.25, 22.5, 45, 90, 180 individually by the help of low pass and high pass filters, but now the problem which i am having is with the control bits which are basically voltage controlled. I am not knowing how to control them with pin diodes transistors. The one which i found was BAP51-04 but that library was not found for ads.
I need to design this fully tunable phase shifter of 360 degrees with the minimun step of 5.625.
Please help!

Download NXPs Small Signal Design Kit for ADS ( be careful about the version of ADS which you intend to use ) and you will see BAP51-02 and BAP51-03..(SPICE Models)
I think they are fine enough for your application.

I downloaded it it and installed it but it only has BAP51-02, BAP51-03 but not BAP51-04 Pin diode transistor. Can you suggest me anyother transistor for switching at about 900 MHz without affecting phase and impedence.
Thankyou
