Hi everyone,
I need to develop a "low-cost" (<50$) "low-power" (-50dBm to 0dBm) detector working between 10MHz to 20MHz.

Any idea on this subject?

Regards

low power rf diode detector

A Diode power detector where u use the Square law characteristics of the diode will do for you, Problem is it measures up to -20 or -15 dBm , but if u use some 20dbm attenuators infront of your Detector u can extend it to 0 dbm that u require.

I'd use one of the Maxim's Tru-power detector devices. Simple and accurate, and already covers your dynamic range...

You can use Analog Devices AD8307. There is a lot of projects with this chip on the web.

Thanks for the info. Maybe you already know some "good" links?
