Different vendore provide data sheets for its different components. there is an evaluation board schematic in almost every data sheet.
My Question Is
What is the significance of this evaluation board for that component
 

this is the used PCB to perform measurement of the device.
 

yes if u use it smartly. Bcoz' in eval. board some components are used for testing also ,may be not required in final design
 

Hi

Evaluation board sometimes represents the circuit board i.e. the conditions for which performance in the data sheet is guaranteed. If your real-life application conditions are significantly different from the evaluation board, you might get serious surprises with component behaviour!
