RF communication 500 to 700 meters

Dear Frineds,

I have to create a RF communication between two distant microcontrollers, i.e upto 700 meters. I am aware of the microcontrollers but i want to know some details about the RF communications IC's that can be used to achieve the range mentioned above. At the same time i would like have some useful material about RF communication.

Please suggest the details required,

use LINX module ,such as TXM-433-LR and RXM-433-LR with 10kbps capability.

you can connect it to micro and other side to 50 ohm ant,no other thing is needed ,it is also small size.

it send data for 1000 meter.

you can use BBA-322 50mW power amp to send data for more distance.
