I know that the diode has a minority carrier storage of 1 uC when carrying 1 A forward current. How do I know the minority carrier storage for a forward current of 10 A?
Thanks in advance

It might help if you told us what the application was, ie anti parallel Diode in an Inverter for instance? I think you might struggle to get this info as mostly it is described as switching energy rather than the charge.
