Reverse polarity detector

Hello guys!

I am wondering about how to build an analog circuit to accomplish these two tasks:

1) Convert automatically input negative voltages into positive voltages
2) Not apply any kind of reverse polarity conversion when positive input voltages are incoming.

Any idea?

Not power supply, it is an analog voltage given by a voltage transducer sensor: LEM.

O.K., you are asking about an absolute value or "precision full-wave rectifier" circuit. Many references on the internet.

It is an absolute value...
