mps750 equivalent

Hi brothers!

I realized the reverse engineering in one most common Siemens Cell Phone Charger, but I not found any information about these components:
SM733
SS8550
SM945

If anyone knowing or have substitute, please answer-me!

sm945 bjt

For the SS8550BBU made by Fairchild Semiconductor BJT, PNP, Epitaxial Silicon Transistor, VCB0 40V, IC 1.5A
Equivalent to MPS750, Mps751, 2SB892

Sorry but I have no data for the rest.

Try looking for the company name on the chip.
Most likely it will be printed on the chip.
That will help enormously in identifying it.
