Can someone help me derive the direct signal feedthrough transfer function, variable d, on the circuit below at high frequency? (This was taken from Prof. Murmann lecture at Stanford)

It is simple:

D=vo/vin for Gm=0:

D=[Zcs+Zcx//(Zcf+Ro//Zcl)]*[Zcx/(Zcx+Zcf+Ro//Zcl)]*(Ro//Zcl)

d=D*[1+T(s)]
