I'm trying to become knowledgeable about the Synopsys Liberty format, but I am struggling to find comprehensive resources to help me understand the file. I've tried looking on solvnet.synopsys.com, but what I find there is more about using tools that generate liberty (although, I could be looking in the wrong place).

What resources are available that get into the Liberty file format itself?

found this on the net...hope it is helpful
