i am having a temperature sensor range -40 deg C to 100 deg C.the problem is my data acquisition system can take only 0 to 5 V.

can u suggest me suitable conversion ckt for this......

Please select proper ADC . Refer the data sheets of different ADCs and fix it based on your value.

Hi

Find what is the current needs of your sensor (how much current he need to work properly)
Design a temperature compensated current source(see TI& ANALOG site for application note and components)

Feed the sensor via the current source and sample the mid point voltage (the connection between the the sensor and the current source using your A/D converter

The mid point voltage should be proportional to the current temperature

All the best
