just like the title
because the resistance of the device is the function of the voltage!
now i want to simulate the situaltion of the resistance varies with the drain-source voltage with hspice.how to write the control!
is anybody knows?

It's always a good idea to consult the tools manual. The simplest way in HSPICE is using behavioral resistors. With other SPICE variants you would use more general behavioral elements, e.g. multipliers.
