resistance measuring circuit in digital multimeter

can someone help me with a resistance measuring circuit used in digital multimeter
 

Mostly its done by sending constant current to measured resistor and checking/comparing with internal reference.
 

Normally the voltage output is less than 0.6 V DC. This facilates in-cicuit resistance measurements because BJT and diodes a (silicon) are not switched on
