I have IP EEPROM. What are some ways to protect memory from unauthorized access(WRITE/READ)? I have found potected EEPROM DS1961S(MAXIM). It has On-chip 512-bit SHA-1 engine and On-chip 16-bit CRC generator. I need a simple solution. Best Regards

If yours does not have this one, it is easy to design one in the eeprom wrapper logic.
