Required suggestion for properly watching live TV.

After purchasing Samsung TV, I enjoyed watching live tv but suddenly spectrum error code RGE-1001 starts to appear, Initially, I checked all the internet connections and fix it but starts to appearing again.
 

There is a known problem with some Samsung TVs after an upgrade. They say it will be fixed at the beginning of January so it may not be a problem with the networking at your end. It stops some streaming services working properly.
