Request RFID module name

hi dears
I'm going to make security RFID gate for store.
I need a RFID module for range of 80- 100 cm in 13.56 frequency.
could you please help me to fine its part number.
I found that ISO15693 standard is proper for my purpose.
what's your idea?

example for module that I need, EM18. but it is short range.
if you suggest me IC too it can help me a lot.
I think there are more choose for ICs.
