ti microlaser pro 600 service manual

Hi all,
I have a TI Microlaser Pro 600 laser printer that always thinks the toner is empty. I'm looking for a service or field maintenance manual for it. I have a manual for the sharp jx-9600 but although it uses this engine the electronics are different.

It recognises a new toner cart if I put some fuse wire across the right pins but it doesn't blow the fuse and goes back to saying replace the image cart.

So a manual or some ideas would be good.
