pll 4046 application
for PAL application, you'd better use TI's TLC2932,
its speed is higher. the operating speed is:
5V Lock Frequency x1 Output(MHz) 22 to 50
5V Lock Frequency x1/2 Output(MHz) 11 to 25
for detailed application information with
TLC2932,

I want to use 4046 phase-locked loop IC.
to generate 12.0MHz (for MPU. clock) from 15,625Hz PAL-B Horizontal Sync.
with phase-locked at rising edge.
(to make an OSD.)
Anyone have the circuit?

Added after 3 minutes:
74HC4046 is not as good as TI's TLC2932 and TLC2933,
if you decide to use 74HC4046,
the attched file has many useful information
with 74HC4046.
