hi friends,
can anybody provide me the study materials on IC layout design. Thanks in advance
 

Analog Layout:
Book: The Art of Analog Layout
Tools: Cadence IC5033/IC5141, Laker

Digital Layout:
Book: Digital Integrated Circuit by J.M. Rabaey 2nd
Tools: Cadence SOC Encounter, Synopsys Astro/IC Compiler.
 

i need soft copy for the same . links to ebooks,study materials etc. thank you
 

You can find the book in the Ebook download branch.
And the software can be found by emule download. Or if you have legal license.
