Hi,
If you check the lectures at the website, you cannot download only Lecture 1. It asks for a password only for Lecture 1. All other lecture notes can be downloaded without any problem.

It is nobody's fault here!. The link which you provided opens, and it is the first page of the course. But no lecture notes can be downloaded from your link. If you click on lectures, it points to a link not found. The post originated by asking for course notes.
If you have already downloaded those notes, maybe you can post them.
