Req: accurate formula for comlex-shaped resistor

I remember about 10 years ago I had a paper (2 or 3 pages).
There was presented expressions for calculation of complex-shaped resistors with nonuniform width and length. These expression were based on conformal transform. I verified these formulas on some well-known cases - they were very accurate.
Unfortunately I lost this paper.
Does anybody have or know something like that? Please share your knowledge.

If you want a paper about conformal transformations to get sheet resistance then you'll have to go back more like 40 years in the past...
