Schema was improved by a transmitter. The transformer used had 160VA, tension of 2x12,5V under rated load current.



Few elements like indicators and the housing KM 85 were added.
Also a plate was made:



The plate was printed and digested by laser printed, iron and chloride.

Two last photos is a well known way of accurate drawing size and points for drilling the holes on the plate. It helps to save the time and improves performance. It was printed on an ordinary sheet (also designed in EAGLE, to stick adhesive foil with descriptions. Dimensions should be accurately applied, which is easy and fast in EAGLE).
