replacing op27 by lm324

Hello

Can op27 be replaced by LM324??

Does the output change?

Any compensation circuit needed to oppose the change?
 

If the OP27 has been used for a reason, you won't want to replace it with a LM324.
 

LM324 is a quad opamp while OP27 is a single one, I assume that you are asking for a replacement in an existing circuit so one can't replace the other.
Even if you don't care about the case there is quite a difference between them, OP 27 has much lower input offset and higher gain bandwidth product etc.
