Replacement part for TLP 350

Kindly tell me the replacement part/parts for TLP350 as it is becoming obsolete.

Hi,

the provided cataloge by Toshiba would show the TLP352 as a suitable replacement (page 13). Nevertheless, you have to check the individual parameters according to your application/requirements.

Although TLP352 is marked as "full production", it may be obsoleted next. Not listed in recent Toshiba selection guide.

I agree wit @FvM if needed for a new design, than you should select one of the recommended products. Otherwise get in touch with Toshiba and get a feedback for the planned end-of-production of the TLP352.

Silicon Expert says 4.8 Y-to-EOL for TLP352. Presume you are asking for TLP350 (through hole) rather than TLP350F (SMD)? There are also similar types from Broadcom and Vishay, but similar estimated EOL. Smaller SMD package TLP5702 is listed with 8.8 Y-to-EOL.
