Hi,

Can somebody help me with a replacement for a STW12NA60?

Janne

Hi,

Try this link :

**broken link removed**

I would use IRFP450 for a 220 - 240 Vac converted mains.

Your STW12NA60 is a 12A / 600V device.

Bye.

But if I understand the list right, it should be SWT13NB60 that replaces STW12NA60?

Hi,

If you are carefull you can see that IRFP450 is rated at 14A / 500V ,
with a resistance of 0.4 Ohm.

The device you want to replace is STW12NA60, and is rated at 12A /600V,
with a resistance of 0.55 Ohm.

There should be no problem using the IRFP50 instead of STW12NA60,
since both are used for switching purposes, and since the IRFP450
is widely available.

Hope this is clear.

Good Bye.

The thing is that I have a STW13NB60, so it should be okay to replace the STW12NA60 with this?!
