Replacement for SP0506xxx rail clamp diode array ?

Can anyone reccommend a replacement for the SP0506CAA type diode array ? I can't find them from any distributor, and it woudl be perfect for my project.

This is a nice diode clamp to VCC and VSS all in a small SMD chip.

hi,do you want a pin compatible chip?if not so,just use few distribute TVS to instead them,they are easy to get.if a pin compatible,try h**p://www.calmicro.com/products/data/pdf/pac_dn006.pdf
other company have only so8 chips.
