Replaceing a THAT Voltage Controlled Amplifier

I have some audio equipment that's uses a THAT2181 voltage controlled amplifier to do noise canceling.

Problem is I order from digikey and they do not carry this part. I need help finding an as close as can be replacement for this VCA but I have no idea where to start...

Anybody know of a more common part?
