i'm new to renesas micro controller. can any one guide me to create simple project?
 

Renesas offers numerous microcontroller families, which particular microcontroller are you utilizing for your projects?

Also which compiler are you using to develop code, as each family often requires a separate compiler?

HEW(High Performance Embedded Workbench) is a compiler for renasas controllers. if you want 32 bit controller there are lots of variants there and the RX62N, Rx63N has almost all the peripheral required if you want to learn.
