hello
i am trying to build a good software for microcontroller. so that it can't get hang due to esd or any other reasons
please guide me how to build a reliable software for industrial applications

Transorbs, ferrite (Beads and common mode chokes) & opto couplers are your friends when putting a micro into a harsh environment, together with 4+ layers so you can have a solid ground plane under everything.

Nothing from outside connects to a pin on the micro directly, and as far as possible signalling is differential rather then single ended, all analogue IO gets lowpass filtered at as low a frequency as practical, and all digital io gets transorbs and either opto isolation or at least serious buffers, RS485 is your friend.
Power gets common and differential mode filters, transorbs and reverse polarity protection, and there is an on board regulator with an input range very much greater then the expected supply voltage.

Good board layout helps of course, but putting a micro on the same board with 100s of amps of switching power and having it work is not that hard.

Henry Otts book on EMC is of course required reading, and for fast stuff 'A handook of black magic' is quite useful.

Regards, Dan.
