Relay two ways using fet

Hi, I have two voltage one of them +ve and the another is -ve, i like to switch between them, if we have input "1" the output is the +ve voltage and if input "0" the output should be the -ve voltage. i'm working in 90nm technology. i tried to use two transistor but there is amount of voltage clipped (from + and - ve ).

sounds like a job for a changeover relay.
Or do something similar with transistors.

If you use a drain output (source to supply), then hopefully you will have enough voltage to saturate the FET if the gate is earthed. You will need a couple of FETs to pass the +V 1 to the negative FET gate.
