Hi, I have two voltage one of them +ve and the another is -ve, i like to switch between them, if we have input "1" the output is the +ve voltage and if input "0" the output should be the -ve voltage. i'm working in 90nm technology. i tried to use two transistor but there is amount of voltage clipped (from + and - ve ).

thanks in advance

This is the basic operation of a half-bridge driver with logic level input drive, of which there are many standard IC's and design books.
