The analog signal (relay to analog pin) requires thick traces (~40 mils) and the digital signal (relay to digital pin) requires ~8 mils. My question is: What would be the recommended trace width to route the connection of the signal from the IC pin to the relay pin? To which layer should it be routed, ANALOG or DIGITAL?

Relay is AC or DC? Analog signal is one wire but digital signal have no. of wire? Where u want to implement that Circuit Regards Gurpreet Singh
