One of the rules of relay logic construction is that only one load is allowed per rung. Explain why this rule is required.

A 120 VAC motor starter coil has an internal resistance of 10 ohms and a steady state current of 2.2 amps. Explain why this is the case and calculate the total impedance of the circuit.
