I am using OMRON brand Relay , which is having some chattering sound when operating the system in 310V (3ph) , this is for my testing in lab,
Even 315V can run the system with out any noise in relay , but, in 310V only this noise occurring even with running the system.

Can any one give suggestions to resolve the problem.

Details of Relay:
OMRON,
24VDC,
250VAC,
8A

how u r switching (control) ur realy?

what's ur 24V supply source?

whether u r operating the relay coil at 24V DC supply or AC?

As JPSGANESH mentioned, the most likely cause is the method you are using to control and operate the relay's coil.

Now, a safety aspect. Your relay clearly indicates a switching voltage of 250VAC, and you are switching over 310VAC with it?
This is not good. At best, your relay's life will be very short. At worst, it can be a safety issue. You also did not mention how many amps you are switching, whether the load is inductive, resistive, tungsten or what else. All off that makes a huge difference in a relay's switching ratings.

If u switch 310V with 250V relay insulation may go damage. This may cause short ckt b/w low voltage side and HV side.
During switch ON and switch OFF time surge voltage especially for inductive load surge voltage will be more.
change the relay with higher voltage range and take care of current rating too while selecting relay.

Be carefull while working with high voltages. Safety is most important. so use proper component for it.

Is the control (relay) voltage of 24V derived from the 310V AC? While using the relay contacts outside their specification is not a good thing it will not make them chatter other then for a second or so until they self destruct due to arcing. If the three phase is always low (should be 415?) then your control power supply transformer needs its mains tap changing.
